Robert’s commercial practice focuses on corporations and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, and insolvency.  He also has expertise in mediation, managed investment schemes and complex transactions.

Robert has practised as a company and commercial lawyer for over 35 years.  His career has included service as general counsel at the former National Companies and Securities Commission (now ASIC) and as director in an investment banking business.
