Daniel has a general commercial law practice, with a particular focus on matters involving corporations, insolvency & reconstruction, equity, banking, superannuation & financial services, and trade practices law. Daniel regularly appears both led and unled in superior courts throughout Australia. Daniel has extensive experience in class actions.
Daniel has repeatedly been recommended in Doyles Best Barristers Guide in both the ‘Litigation & Dispute Resolution’ and ‘Insolvency & Restructuring’ categories for Victoria. He is also a former contributing author of Bankruptcy Law and Practice (LexisNexis).
Prior to joining the bar, Daniel was a senior associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler in its Litigation Group. In 2009/10, Daniel was associate to the Honourable Justice Finkelstein of the Federal Court of Australia.
