Karan Raghavan
Karan is an experienced litigator who practises in all areas of civil litigation. He has a particular focus on commercial, regulatory, competition and trade practices matters. Before coming to the Bar, Karan was a Senior Associate in the litigation team at King & Wood Mallesons. Paul Annabell
Paul practises primarily in commercial law. He has a particular interest in insurance law, consumer and competition law, intellectual property and class actions. Before coming to the Bar, Paul was Associate to Justice Moshinsky of the Federal Court of Australia. Ella Delany
Ella accepts briefs in all areas of commercial and public law, and has a particular interest in planning and tax. Prior to coming to the Bar, Ella was Associate to Justice Gordon at the High Court, Justice Dixon at the Supreme Court, and a solicitor at Arnold Bloch Leibler. She competed her undergraduate law degree at Cambridge University on a Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Scholarship and she holds a LLM from Melbourne University, focusing on commercial and public law (and particularly the intersection between these areas), where she achieved a first class honours average. Joel Phillips
Joel practises in taxation law and commercial law. Before coming to the Bar, Joel was a Director with KPMG Law, where he specialised in tax disputes. Joel is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Sydney Law School, where he received prizes for individual subjects and overall performance, graduating joint second in his class.
