Anna practises in public and commercial law. She is briefed to advise and appear in competition and consumer law and other regulatory and consumer protection proceedings and investigations, as well as in administrative and constitutional law matters in State and Federal courts. Anna has represented the State government in a range of royal commissions and inquiries.
Before coming to the Bar, Anna was a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor. Anna acted for the Commonwealth in large litigation matters, and was seconded to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. Anna was previously an associate to the Honourable Justice Keane AC and to the Honourable Chief Justice Michael Black AC.
