Rodrigo has experience in general commercial litigation along with regulatory proceedings brought by ASIC and ACCC (involving breaches of directors’ duties cases, foreign corruption cases including complex matters where there are also investigations and litigation outside Australia), class actions/representative proceedings, contract disputes, corporations and securities, insurance, professional negligence, and managed investment schemes.

Rodrigo was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York from 2006 to 2009 and continues to be admitted as an attorney in New York.  He also served as senior legal counsel and adviser to the Victorian Premier.
