Graeme practises in commercial law.  He is particularly interested in intellectual property matters including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, plant breeders’ rights, confidential information and misleading or deceptive conduct.

Graeme accepts instructions on matters including contract disputes, corporations and securities, equity and trusts, insurance and re-insurance, intellectual property, and trade practices and consumer protection.

Prior to coming to the Bar in 1984, Graeme was Associate to the Honourable Mr Justice King of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1981 to 1983.

From October 1983 to August 1984, Graeme completed a Bachelor of Civil Law, a postgraduate coursework degree, at Lincoln College, University of Oxford. He was awarded upper second class honours.

Graeme completed a LL.B (Hons) Degree (H2B 9th in Class) at University of Melbourne 1979.

Graeme was awarded a Distinction for General Excellence (within top 50 students in Victoria).

Graeme completed HSC at Brighton Grammar School in 1974 and was dux of the School for that year.
