Stuart Morris QC is a leader in planning and environment law, with over 30 years' experience. He took silk in 1991. Between April 2003 and May 2007 Stuart was a Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria. During most of this period he was also President of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
During recent years Stuart has appeared in several major planning inquiries and has given legal advice on a wide variety of planning matters.
Stuart is available to accept briefs to appear before Planning Panels Victoria and the VCAT. Stuart can appear and advise on matters in any jurisdiction.
