Pizer’s Annotated VCAT Act (4th ed) was launched on Wednesday 13 June by newly appointed VCAT President, Judge Greg Garde.
Jason Pizer specialises in the areas of administrative and commercial law, and has particular expertise in appeals from the VCAT, VCAT practice and procedure, and merits and judicial review generally.
