Penny came to the Bar in 2002, having previously been a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson.
Penny practises primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency, trade practices, administrative law and tax and superannuation law. She appears mainly in the Supreme and Federal Courts.
